Meditating daily has changed my life and it can help you be happier, less stressed and more emotionally stable. Whether your goal is learning to concentrate, reduce anxiety or grow spiritually, a Zen meditation practice can give you the tools for a better life.
As a participant you will:
- Get a live steaming introduction to Zen Meditation on Monday night.
- Receive a daily email with a quote, recommended exercise and a reflection to aid your practice.
- Have an chance to partner up with another practitioner as your meditation buddy.
- Take advantage of an opportunity to schedule 1 on 1 time with me to discuss any challenges in your practice.
We are starting on Monday, March 28th at 9pm EST.
We'll have a beginner's session by live video stream if you are new to meditation or need to brush up on your technique. This is a great time to ask questions and get answers!
