In 2007 I was a mess.

I graduated college, bought a house, got married and started my first professional job all in 3 months! I was stressed out, deeply cynical and couldn't sleep. I was drinking too much, gained a lot of weight and started to go into debt. Fortunately, a friend introduced me to a group that got together and meditated once a week. My journey began. 

I am now a student of Zen Buddhism who meditates daily, has enjoyed its benefits and over the last three years have introduced hundreds of people to Zen Meditation (Zazen.) This past year I completed a masters degree in education and devoted my research to improving my meditation instruction; by focusing on research around motivation, habit formation and commitment.

Today I'm a pretty happy guy. Holding onto worry, doubt and anxiety are a thing of the past; they do not rule my life. I find joy in every day, even the tough ones. I'd like to help you learn what I've learned. 

This 90 minute class is conducted with a small group of 8 or less to insure you receive the personal attention you need to learn how to meditate. Already got some experience but you want to brush up? You're welcome too.

The sessions take place by conference call and are always free. 

In the sessions you will learn Zen Meditation, be given tools to help create a new daily habit, and be pointed towards resources so you can continue to learn and grow.
