Introduction To Meditation Classes August 9th or 10th
I am concluding my master's program this month. I've dedicated my research to habit formation, motivation and commitment devices designed to help improve meditation instruction. Meditating once is great but building a meditation practice into your daily routine is truly life changing!
The August 9th and 10th classes are free of charge and are perfect for people who A.) have little to no experience meditating and B.) want to start a daily practice.
To sign up you simply need to reply to this email. I will send you a link to a survey to collect some information and you can choose the sessions you are available for.
Time commitment: To participate in this free class you need to be able to attend the one hour introductory class that is conducted by conference call. I ask you to then commit to to meditate for 10 minutes every day for a week. At the end of the week I'll email you to reply to a survey reporting on the number of days you meditated.
