ZHP Discussion Groups & Online Communities

  • Zen Happiness Project Open Discussion Group: This is the main discussion group on Facebook. You can find over 4,600 fellow ZHP community members talking about meditation, wellness, yoga, the meditation challenges, and sharing a lot of positivity. If you are only going to join one group, this is the one to follow and participate in. 
  • Mindful Parenting, Mindful Families: 2,400 parents and family members who share resources and encouragement in one of the most challenging and important places to consistently be compassionate and calm; our families. 
  • Art as Spiritual Practice: There is no better way to express the inexpressible than through art. Further, there is no better way to untether our creativity than with a daily meditation practice. This group talks about the intersection of art, meditation, spiritual practice and life. 
  • Daily Inspiration - The ZHP Fan Page: If your Facebook page is like mine, you probably get a lot of negativity. Our fan page is a collection of inspirational, motivational and positive posts to brighten your Facebook feed.
